Hard to believe that less than 3 weeks ago I was living on 3000+ calories a day. The past 5 days I've been lucky to get 200 calories in. Just not hungry. I am working to get enough fluids. This has been a big challenge. Rest has been a challenge as well. I feel like I constantly need to be on the go. My goal this week is to increase my fluid in take.
As of today I have lost 19.4 lbs!!!
