I was just watching Live with Kelly & Michael and they were talking about exercise and sleep. Research shows that you sleep better 67% of the time if you vigorously exercise. If you don't exercise you only sleep well about 36% of the time. It does not matter what time of day that you exercise.
I can tell this week that I'm sleeping much better. No caffeine and exercise.
